Welcome to the beach! The apartment is located directly on the magnificent sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia. Here, unforgettable vacations await you, where you can enjoy both the impressive beauty of the sea right at your doorstep and the proximity to the mountains with optimal conditions for outdoor sports such as cycling, hiking, climbing, and golf. This apartment with modern and tasteful decor has an area of 57 m² and is located directly on the beach with sea views. With a beautiful living-dining room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates 4 people and is fully equipped. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open kitchen with a living-dining room, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning, and a terrace with beautiful sea views. The complex has 2 large community pools, one of them for children, with direct access to the large sandy beach. It has a green area for children to play. Very nearby, there is a supermarket with fresh bread every day and excellent restaurants with a cozy terrace to enjoy fresh fish or any other Mediterranean dish.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. The location overlooking the sea and next to lots of stores and restaurants was very nice. Anna was a great host.

Excellent property for families

Our accommodation manager Anna was fantastic, apartment had everything you will need, clean and comfortable, great pool in the complex, location is perfect though only downside is the music from the local beach bar, which finishes at 12Pm for any one who likes an early night.

Great Location in Alcudia

We booked this condo last minute. The owner was very accommodating and ensured that we are able to enjoy our time in Alcudia. The condo was nicely equipped, and was only steps from the beach and Alcudia nightlife. It was a pleasure to stay in this property.

Just returned from a week in Alcudia. The apartment’s location is second to none - overlooking Alcudia beach which is fantastic for families. The apartment itself is a bit tired and could do with some TLC, but other than that was fine and well equipped. Anna was very helpful; quick to respond and answered all our questions. Hopefully the apartment gets the attention it deserves in the off-season. If so we’d happily stay again!

Wonderful get away with family

This was a perfect location for access to Alcudia beach. It is a great beach for young families with fairly spacious beach access and shallow water. The apartment provided everything we could have needed. It was bright and modern, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach too. The only slight negative (which is personal preference) is the beds were quite hard, but some people might like that! We had an amazing holiday, and the apartment being in such a brilliant location definitely made it one we would return to.
