"Great hotel lovely staff, we did have an issue with our toilet where the flash stopped working and they were quite slow to get it fixed. Also we had a lobby room which is loud we didn’t mind however if your a light sleeper it would be good for to your request a different room. The breakfast although nice was underwhelming food was very fresh but quite limited options"

"Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again."

"The property was in an excellent location for access to many of the Madrid amenities and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful, English skills were excellent. The offering of breakfast was a wonderful perk. It was plentiful and the varied. The roof restaurant gives a wonderful view of the City."
