"I booked this hotel last minute at the airport and I’m so happy I did. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff was super friendly. Alex Marc helped me with my check-in process and provided me with a detailed map on places to eat and visit. Their warm hospitality makes me look forward to staying here again."

"great hotel and excellent price. It’s located on a very nice area with greats views to the royal palace. The rooms are renovated so they feel clean and nice and the bathroom is big. Definitely recommend staying here"
Four Points Flex by Sheraton Madrid Atocha
8/10 Good
"The hotel looked brand new. I didn't like the fact that they were still doing building work on the top floor next to our room with guests in the rooms. I hate that. Building work should be done with the hotel closed and not with guest in the hotel. At check in there were 2 ladies at the desk. One was checking people in working to clear the 5 people line and the other one completely ignored us and was chatting to a house keeper for about 10 minutes before resuming checking people in which was quite annoying. Other than that all good. I'd still recommended it for the location and new facilities."
