"The pictures are actually accurate, the reality might actually be better. This hotel is immaculate and I hate I only had 2 days to enjoy. Very quiet, no street noise. Cleanliness is top tier and everything you could ever need is right in the room. The rooftop pool area is really nice and relaxing. Definitely will be back next trip to madrid"

"Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again."

"The property was in an excellent location for access to many of the Madrid amenities and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful, English skills were excellent. The offering of breakfast was a wonderful perk. It was plentiful and the varied. The roof restaurant gives a wonderful view of the City."
