This wonderful apartment is well located in one of the area's most sought after developments. The gorgeous hillside setting offers impressive views over the both the beautifully formed bay of Sao Martinho and the Atlantic Ocean. Facilities at the complex are extensive and particularly suited to family holidays.

A choice of three outdoor swimming pools are available to help you cool off from the sunshine. The kids will love the mini golf course and no doubt get a lot of use from the basketball hoops and tennis court. Parents might prefer the squash courts, or simply relax around the pool. The games room of the complex is equipped with table tennis, a pool table and wireless internet access, which also reaches the second pool area.

The property is practical, and very well furnished. It presents 2 bedrooms, both of a generous size. One bedroom benefits from a double bed and the other benefits from two single beds, allowing the property to sleep up to 4 guests.

The living area is spacious and comes with comfy seating, cable TV, free Wi-fi and a dining area. From here you have access to your private terrace, where you can relax, enjoy the sunshine and have nice and quiet outdoor meals with family and friends.

The complex is located about 1 km from the beach but due to its elevated position, a car might be recommended.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
