Villa Colombia offers 3 private parking spaces and is designed with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, making it ideal for couples, groups of friends, and families. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a sea view terrace furnished with a table and umbrella, enriched by a beautiful mulberry tree that creates a charming and relaxing atmosphere. At the back of the house there is a comfortable courtyard with a BBQ area and an outdoor shower, also accessible through a side corridor with a security gate.

Inside, the ground floor features a bright open plan living area with kitchen and lounge, fully air conditioned and equipped with a sofa bed available upon request for an eighth guest. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with shower and bidet, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with a small double bed, both air conditioned.

On the first floor, guests can enjoy another furnished sea view terrace, perfect for sunset aperitifs or relaxing evenings with a good book. This floor also includes an air conditioned master bedroom, an air conditioned single bedroom, and a second bathroom.
