  • The villa is located just 3 km from Castellammare del Golfo and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a tub and shower, a laundry room, a large dining room, a kitchen, and a very large and beautiful heated swimming pool with a hydromassage feature. The swimming pool, which offers a beautiful view of the sea, is always open but is heated from APRIL TO NOVEMBER. It works very well when the outdoor temperature is above 15 degrees.
