"The Suites Murillo Plaza Sta Cruz is located very conveniently next to pedestrian streets in the heart of the historic area. Very easy access to the Cathedral and Real Alcázar. "I had a lovely time staying at the Hotel Sevilla Center! The staff were amazing, so friendly and always happy to answer any questions. They surprised me with a cake on my birthday to my room, which was so lovely - thank you. The buffet was delicious, there was lots of choice. The staff were very quick to seat you and clear up tables. It was 40 degrees when we visited Seville, so it was amazing to have a pool at the hotel to cool down. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk into the city centre, or get the tram. The airport bus stop is 5 minutes from the hotel, which was very. Overall I had a wonderful stay, and would go back in the future!"

"Our third visit, and our stay was as special as both previous ones. Peacefulness, remoteness, spotlessly clean room, very efficient A//C, light comfy lounge area. The swimming pool was much appreciated, as was the poolside bar (weekends) and the delicious food from the Oromana restaurant - open Monday - Saturday evenings and weekend lunchtimes. But... what makes this hotel exceptional is it's staff. Waiting staff, housekeeping, behind the scenes staff we never met, and reception staff were polite and professional. Reception staff in particular were helpful, organising taxis, restaurant bookings and drinks durung the day when the bar wasn't manned. All the reception staff worked very hard, and went above and beyond to fulfil our requests. But one gentleman stood out. Thankyou Fran for taking time to make us feel extra special - always a smile, handshake, advice on festivals we may enjoy another year and he produced an iron and extra coat hangers in a flash. He made us feel we were friends as well as guests. Thank you Fran, for your genuine wishes that we had a good stay at The Oromana."

"Great Customer Service the lady thay checked us in was very nice and gave us ab amazing room. The room was very spacious air conditioning worked great. Swimming pool on the 2nd floor was clean and great for the kids. Good location there are restaurants, shops, ect. all within walking distance. I will stay here again next time in Sevilla. "
