Little Terracotta - Charming Studio in Old Town

This charming Historic Studio Adobe home in the heart of Old Town was built in the 1940s. Centered around the plaza, Albuquerque's Old Town comprises about 10 blocks of historic adobe buildings, our home being right in the middle of them. If you step outside, you'll be able to hear the church bells of San Felipe de Neri Church, the oldest building in the city, built in 1793. Explore fantastic museums, restaurants, and Southwest galleries.

One of the best things about the Historic Old Town neighborhood is its central location, giving you easy access to all of Albuquerque.

Easy drive or bike ride to other attractions such as the Rio Grande, Sawmill District, UNM, Downtown & Nob Hill. This is a private studio traditional Pueblo style home. It has a spacious kitchen and a working desk station in the bedroom. Cozy bedroom area for tv watching, working, sleeping and eating. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Pets welcome!!
