Five Bedroom Charmer Close to Uptown

Welcome to Albuquerque! This five bedroom home is centrally located in an established neighborhood in the Uptown area and convenient to most areas of town and about 45 minutes to Santa Fe. We have spent the last 10 years staying in VRBO's across the country and hope we have checked all your boxes.

Inside:

Our property boasts a beautifully updated and well stocked kitchen, ready for your gourmet meals. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of the bedrooms are ensuite. Our family room boasts a comfy couch and 56 inch television for Sunday football games or a movie with the family. Spacious yard and deck are perfect for outdoor dining and living to enjoy our 360 days of sunshine. Every bedroom has a television, and we have games and ping pong for family gatherings.

Neighborhood:

We have some of the best weather in the country. There are fun and exciting things to do all year long. Our home is 5 minutes from tons of dining and shopping options at Albuquerque Uptown, 10 minutes from Interstate 40 to take you anywhere in town you want to visit! Old Town, Museums, BioPark, Zoo, Sandia Mountains, Rio Grande River and a half dozen public golf courses are all in the area. We were born and raised in Albuquerque, so should you have ANY questions about your visit please don't hesitate to ask.

This home was exactly what our group was looking for. The home was maintained wonderfully and had everything that we needed. The location was excellent as well, it was extremely close to the interstate and tons of restaurant's and stores. The host was extremely accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to messages. If you are looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque, this is it.

Close enough to convention hotel, but nice that it was away from all the hustle and bustle. Perfect for our group of 6 ladies. Be aware it is a split level, so there are some stairs to any of the bedrooms. Lovely property. We'll be back!

We were five friends (and a 1 year old) who live all over the US and we met up in New Mexico for a weekend trip. The house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful rooms, lots of space, updated and clean. Great place for a visit out to Albuquerque area! House was clean, well-decorated, and stocked with amenities for use (grill, kitchen necessities, Keurig). Plenty of common space to relax and enjoy - large common room and backyard with deck. Missy was a great host - very responsive and accommodating.

Good, clean property. Nicely set up for 6-8 people comfortably. No fights over bathrooms or other amenities, which is huge with teenagers in tow. Coffee bar was a nice touch. Polite, responsive property owner. Would stay again.

Beds wer nice and soft. The kithchen was extremely well appointed. The den had plenty of seating. The garage was a accessible which isn't always the case with rentals. It was also large enough for 1 1/2 car lengths. Also beautiful baxk yard and deck. Easy home to find and greet location.
