On the lower ground floor, you will find a living room with 2 sofabeds measuring 160 cm x 180 cm, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with a shower/WC. The upper floor features one room with a french bed measuring 200 cm x 200 cm, a bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and an exit to the terrace.
