Villa BuganVilias is a stunning 4-bedroom holiday home, with capacity for 8+2 guests, with the additional two being children up to 12 years old, and with everything you may need to make your holiday a truly memorable experience.

With the ideal location for a relaxing getaway, the property is located in the Balaia area, with easy access to the center of Albufeira, fantastic restaurants, bars and beautiful sandy beaches.

Upon entering this lovely property, you will find the kitchen, dining and living room, an en-suite bedroom, with two single beds, and a fantastic covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals and relaxing moments.

The living and dining room , fully equipped with air conditioning, sofas, television to watch your favorite TV shows and a dining table with chairs to enjoy meals comfortably.

The large windows give access to the relaxing covered terrace, which includes a BBQ as well as a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipments and utensils you may need during your vacation, such as an induction hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, among others.

In the laundry room, you will find the washing machine, as well as the other necessary equipment, such as a drying rack, ironing board and iron.

On the upper floor you will find 1 bedroom, fully equipped with a double bed, AC and wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom and air conditioning.

The common outdoor area offers a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children, a well-kept garden, several sun loungers around the pool to relax while enjoying the Algarve sun.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)
