The villa features three comfortable bedrooms: a suite with a double bed, a room with two single beds, and another room with a double bed. Additionally, it has a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower bathroom, and an additional toilet, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The living and dining room is spacious and equipped with air conditioning and a TV, creating a welcoming environment for moments of rest and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy preparation of home-cooked meals. Outside, a veranda offers a tranquil space to enjoy the region's pleasant climate.

Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: subject to approval with a deposit of €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 10 people.
