Salgados Village - Apartamento T1-11B

The location is fantastic, which will certainly provide you with a pleasant and relaxed holiday, which does not require the car to go to the beach.

Salgados Village is an area with an excellent location, 700m from Salgados beach.

The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious sunroom with BBQ grill.

The living room has two areas, the living and dining area, the dining area has a table that seats 4, the living room has a single sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony.

The very functional kitchen is fully equipped with, fridge with freezer, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.

The bedroom has two beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, television and window with access to the balcony.

The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.

It has MEO TV service available with 120 channels and free WI-fi.

The capacity of this apartment is 2 adults and 2 children. For babies, upon request, we have a travel bed and a high chair. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.

The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

This specific apartment is spacious and my wife loves the balcony/patio area where she takes her morning coffee and draws her paintings. Everything works fine. Spacious bathroom too. The hosting company guys are great, very friendly and supportive, always accommodating. Maybe a bit larger table in the living room? Another apartment in Salgados village was smaller but the table was perfect there. Not a complaint, just a thought since you asked.

A estadia foi aceitável, trata-se de um bom alojamento, muito bem localizado, contudo carece de algumas melhorias, nomeadamente a limpeza de todas as divisões. Os atoalhados e roupas de cama com cheiro a mofo e inadequdos para a época. As 17:00 horas, no momento do check-in ainda as Empregadas de Andares faziam a limpeza, entramos com o chão molhado. No dia do check-out antes das 10:00 horas já estavam a tocar à porta para fazer limpeza.

Casa muito mal limpa, com chão muito sujo já para não falar na varanda. Reclamámos com o proprietário ou seu representante através de fotos e de telefonema , o qual se prontificou a enviar nova equipa para limpeza , o que não aceitámos porque já estávamos a a limpar a casa e nem confiaríamos que a equipa de limpeza fizesse melhor trabalho. Ficou acordado um desconto que "soube" a pouco já que tivemos cerca de 2 horas a limpar a casa. De resto boa localização.

Gostei de tudo em geral, mesmo sendo um apartamento com pouca luz solar, é muito agradável e bem localizado. No apartamento a meu ver seria bom colocar uma ventoinha, mesmo sendo no res chão nos dias mais quentes torna-se difícil dormir. De resto tudo impecável.

Casa com boas áreas, confortável. No entanto limpeza nao foi realizada. Loiças sujas, teias de aranha no teto de todas as divisoes, armários sujos por dentro, mesas com nódoas, varanda suja ao ponto de nem roupa dar para entender, entre outras..
