Melbourne 1 Apartment (T1) is a charming property situated within a modern complex in Albufeira, boasting an excellent location between the Old Town and the New Town. Ideal for a family or a small group of friends, this apartment is close to all amenities, making it the perfect setting for a refreshing getaway in the sun.

Accommodating up to 2+2 guests, this superb apartment features a bright and airy bedroom elegantly furnished with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The spacious living/dining area includes a comfortable sofa, a television (with international channels), and a dining table with chairs for enjoying indoor meals. Sliding doors lead to an inviting balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and other appliances you may need during your stay. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator.

Outside, you'll find a welcoming communal swimming pool surrounded by ample sunbathing space. The complex also features a children’s pool and a playground, ensuring fun for the little ones.

With such a central location, all amenities are within walking distance of the apartment, including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping, and supermarkets. The nearest beaches (Inatel Beach and Alemães Beach) are less than a kilometer away.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday! The location was fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The balcony was great for sunny breakfasts, and the shared pool was a bonus. Clean, modern, and fully equipped. Ideal for couples or small families.

The apartment matched the description and was very clean and well equipped. The apartment location is great for restaurants, a few minutes walk. Hopefully we return soon, that was our third trip to Albufera this year, great part of Portugal with reasonable priced food and stunning quality, people are extremely welcoming and honest.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance. The apartment is very confortable and clean . Highly recommended. We wish we could have stayed longer.
