Schöne ruhige Lage und alles Nötige ist nah.

Pros: Die kleine Wohnung liegt in schöner Lage mitten zwischen einem Pinienwald. Es hat Läden zum Einkaufen in der Nähe und Restaurants und viele Strände sind in Kürze mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wohnung ist okay aber es mangelt an Sauberkeit und fehlenden Küchenutensilien- alles uralt. Es ist wirklich sehr schade, dass diese Wohnung nicht auf Vordermann gebracht wird, denn wir wären sonst gerne dorthin zurück gekommen, wieder gekommen. Kontakt zum Eigentümer war so gut wie unmöglich. Cons: In der Wohnung hat alles gestunken , Kleider mussten wir draußen aufhängen, da der Gestank in allen, sämtlichen Kästen grauenvoll war, weder geputzt noch gelüftet. Außer der Bettwäsche und den Handtücher war alles nicht sauber geputzt/gewaschen- es war insgesamt schmuddelig in der Wohnung- musste alles selber erst reinigen. Bis auf wenige Küchenutensilien war nichts zu gebrauchen, alles uralt und nicht sauber abgewaschen. Die gesamte Anlage ist schon recht alt und etwas herunter gekommen, einige dazugehörige Gebäude nicht mehr in Betrieb. Decken war auch ungewaschen und konnten nicht verwendet werden. Wir mussten so ziemlich alles selber besorgen um es angenehm zu machen- leider. Wohnung ist okay aber es mangelt an Sauberkeit und fehlenden Küchenutensilien- alles uralt. Es waren keine Küchentücher und Schwämme vorhanden, kein Besen zum Sauber machen, kein Spülmittel oder sonst irgend ein Reinigungsmittel, kein Internet, keine Internationalen Fernsehsender, keine Waschmaschine.
