Villa Palancar is a spacious 8-bedroom villa, ideal for large groups of up to 22+4 guests, located in a quiet residential area of Montechoro, Albufeira, just a short walk from the lively Strip with its bars, restaurants and nightlife.



The house is spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with 4 bunk beds, along with two shared bathrooms and an en-suite bathroom in the bunk room.

Upstairs, you’ll find 4 more bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed, plus an additional bathroom with a shower.



The spacious living room includes a sofa bed and dining area, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The villa also offers air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine.



Outside, you can enjoy a private pool, two jacuzzis (optional extras), barbecue area, outdoor dining space, pool table, ping-pong table and a cosy outdoor fireplace for relaxing evenings.



The famous Oura Beach is just 2 km away, and Albufeira’s marina and old town are only 5 minutes by car. Villa Palancar is perfect for guests seeking space, comfort and a great central location.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 22 guests.

From the 23th to the 26th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Beautiful Villa near to everything

This house was PERFECT - 6 couples, each had their own room. If we had to arrange another family holiday in the future we would absolutely come back here! Highly recommended. Also - thank you Algarve Vacations who made the booking, payment and check in process extremely simple and smooth. All round, 5 stars! Nothing to be Improved

Perfect Family Trip

We stayed at Villa Palancar during our family vacation in the Algarve, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! We were a large group of 16 people, and the house met all our needs perfectly. The villa is extremely spacious, modern and well decorated, with comfortable rooms and an excellent distribution of spaces. The outdoor area is, without a doubt, the highlight of the property. The private pool, accompanied by two jacuzzis, provided unforgettable moments of leisure and relaxation for everyone. The children loved playing in the pool and playing ping pong and billiards. The location is ideal, in a quiet area of ​​Montechoro, but still very close to restaurants, bars and shops. The proximity to Oura beach and the historic center of Albufeira was an advantage, allowing us to explore the region with ease. I would also like to highlight the service we received. From booking to the end of our stay, the staff were always attentive and helpful, ensuring we had a worry-free experience. I highly recommend Villa Palancar for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, well located and with excellent amenities in the Algarve. We will definitely be back!

Villa Palancar

Overall we was disappointed with the property due to there being a lot more damage than what we wasn't expecting and then blamed for. Even though within 15 minutes of being there we found a number of broken or damaged items. The built extension floods when there is heavy downpour as well. Broken sunbed which we didn't use but was blamed for it. A broken bunk bed and nothing was put in place even though the knew the villa was at full capacity. Missing plates, bowls and glasses which was also blamed for. A leaking washing machine which was not disclosed. Disappointed once again at the fact we paid for the use of two Jacuzzi's and only one was working. I wasn't contacted or toId I had to chase the company to then be told that it's not working and their waiting on parts to then get a refund.Due to the number of issues, I spent my time going back and forth reporting problems. Then to add insult to injury they kept my damage deposit, when I was told that this property was vetted by multiple people beforehand. If that was the case how did me and my family find so many problems within the space or 15 minutes.I have waited up to 3/4 weeks for my complaint to be dealt and haven't heard anything back from the correct department. After I was told I would be sent supporting evidence due to a lack of information and proof. We felt as they were using our money to fix already existing problems. I wouldn't recommend. On that note Sandra was wonderful, our meet and greet host.
