Villa Belize is a charming 2-bedroom villa with a heatable pool (optional), located in the lively Jacarandá complex, right in the heart of the Oura area, one of the most vibrant parts of Albufeira, known for its wide range of bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Albufeira's Old Town is about 2.5 km from the property, making it ideal for a car-free holiday.



The open-plan living and dining room is bright and cosy, with direct access to the outdoor area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The villa features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom includes a bathtub. The open kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to easily prepare meals at home.



Outside, you’ll find a private heatable pool (optional), perfect for year-round enjoyment. There's also a portable barbecue and a welcoming outdoor area where you can enjoy meals with family or friends. The property offers free Wi-Fi and is ideally located with easy access to everything Albufeira has to offer.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
