Caracas 1 Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment, located in a recently built complex in Albufeira. Due to the proximity of all essential amenities, this apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, the perfect choice for a stress-free holiday.



This superb apartment can accommodate 4 + 2 people, located on the first floor, with access by elevator and stairs, featuring 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with bathtub and shower and another with shower), a spacious dining/living room with a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing and an outdoor meal.



The Caracas 1 apartment also offers free internet, air conditioning, and an external private parking for cars.



The inviting common outdoor swimming pool is ideal for sunbathing, tanning, and relaxing.



Due to the central location of this apartment, all amenities are within a short distance, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, beaches, with the nearest beach (Alemães beach) just a 12-minute walk away.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 130 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
