The Caracas 1 Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment, located in a recently built complex in Albufeira. Due to the proximity of all essential amenities, this apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, the perfect choice for a stress-free vacation.



This superb apartment can accommodate 4 + 2 people, located on the first floor, with access by elevator and stairs, featuring 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one en suite with bathtub and shower and another with shower), a spacious dining/living room with a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing and an outdoor meal.



The Caracas 1 apartment also offers free internet, air conditioning, and an exterior private parking for cars.



The inviting common outdoor pool is ideal for sunbathing, tanning, and relaxing.



Due to the central location of this apartment, all amenities are within a short distance, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, beaches, with the closest one (Germans Beach) just a 12-minute walk away.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €130 per person (payment by credit/debit card).



A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices up to 4 people.

• For the 5th to 6th persons, an additional value will be charged that includes an extra bed (only €98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).

Great location. Very clean. Had issues with the power shutting down when using the stove. Frustrating.Someone came and looked at the problem said it wouldn't be repaired until we had left.(Over 7 days)

The property was absolutely lovely. It was spotless and spacious - everything was perfect. The communications both online from the UK and once in Albufeira were faultless. We were sorry to leave today. We'd love to come back and would certainly recommend it. A fabulous stay!

Amazing apartment

Absolutely stunning high end apartment, spotlessly clean, not 1 speck of dust or fingerprint anywhere. Nice private pool with sunbeds. Very secure block and yard with private parking. Everything you could need and fantastic location. Only complaint we have is Algarve vacations charge extras on everything including the damage deposit which is in our opinion out of order. A damage deposit should be fully refunded not have an admin charge on it, this does put me off booking through them again. We treat the apartment like our own home, with respect so surely refund the damage deposit fully?

Je tiens à remercier lHote hotesse qui nous a reçu🙋‍♀️ ... Elle nous a fait visiter le superbe appartement ..Tout était identique aux photos... Très grand, propre ... beau ..😍😍.tout était fonctionnel... tres belle cuisine avec tout inclus... il y avais de lair climatisé dajs les 2 chambres et cuisine salon 👍👍Dans un endroit calme et trés près de tous les services. Elle nous a contactée très rapidement pour nous donner des infos ( restaurant/ festival etc... ) Le building avec beaucoup des stationnements privés et sécuritaires qui étaients protégés par une porte automatique avec code . Wowwww Wowwww j On a adoré wowwww merci ... Antonio 🥰😄😄😄

We hebben met onze vrienden een geweldig verblijf gehad zonder veel problemen, er was alleen een schoonmaakster die net niet blij was dat er te veel tieners waren in ons appartement maar na het hebben aan te geven bij de huurder hebben we er geen last van gehad maar let dus op als je met jongeren naar dit appartement gaat.

Ongeveer 5 minuten vanaf de strip en 10 minuten van het strand. Lokaal supermarktje op nog geen 5 minuten lopen. Goed contact met de organisatie qua aankomst, verblijf en transfer. Mooi zwembad.

Modern good location

The location is key, this is slightly closer to the strip than the old town, saying that we found it easy to walk to the old part. This includes one steep hill that is manageable ( we are in our late 50's and over weight). It is located is next to a big 5 star hotel and a roundabout ( hotel was closed because of CV 19) so very quiet. Close bye are plenty of bars and shops with a big shopping outlet 10 minutes walk( short cut across a park). The apartment is overlooking the pool with a main entrance all leading to the kitchen, bedrooms lounge. It was roomy with TV etc. And 3 balconies on the first floor. ( Note you are overlooked by hotel, trees did obscure the view) but we didn't have any problems with that. Negative only one set of keys so we couldn't go out separately.
