In the slightly cooler nights and months, the air conditioners can be used as a heater, but there is also a newly built fireplace available. The apartment is very well kept and clean. A local administration is happy to help and advise should questions arise. In the immediate vicinity are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants. The marina of Albufeira is about 4 minutes drive, in the center about 8 minutes.
