Located just 800m from Praia da Coelha, this villa consists of 5 bedrooms, two of which are single bedrooms with one bed with 1,20m in each of these rooms, living room and kitchen, three bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and outdoor barbecue BBQ, garden and private pool.

On the ground floor you will find the living room and kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a reading and TV room.

The living room has two areas, the living and dining area, the dining area has an 8-seater table supported by the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and in the laundry room you will find the washing machine.

In the living area there are two sofas and access to the patio where you will find the barbecue, garden at the back and the pool at the front of the house.

It has the MEO service available (120 channels), with free WI-FI.

The capacity of this apartment is 8 people. For babies, upon request, we have a travel bed and a high chair. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.

The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. A deposit of €300 may be asked which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
