Villa AlGharif is a charming holiday home located in the peaceful Quinta da Balaia area, just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Albufeira and some of the best beaches in the region. With capacity for up to 14 guests, it’s the perfect retreat for large families or groups of friends looking for comfort and a natural setting.



The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and private bathroom, one double en suite bedroom, and three twin bedrooms, one of which also has an en suite bathroom, providing both privacy and flexibility.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals.



The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is a true highlight, a spacious, well-maintained garden, private swimming pool surrounded by trees, outdoor dining area, and a built-in barbecue, ideal for soaking up the Algarve sunshine and enjoying relaxed outdoor meals.



The property also offers free Wi-Fi throughout the house. With beaches, restaurants, shops, and golf courses all just a short drive away, Villa AlGharif guarantees a relaxing and memorable holiday in southern Portugal.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Fun holiday

The villa is a true gem! The peaceful garden and private pool were perfect for relaxation, and the villa’s layout is ideal for large groups. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ for family meals. Its prime location near beaches and Albufeira made exploring easy.

Amazing!!!

Recently stayed here for a short break.. if we hadn't already pre booked activities in the local area we could of quite comfortably stayed in the accommodation the entire time. Excellent outdoor. Perfectly equipped to keep family’s and adults only entertained at all times. The villa itself is stunning, and located conveniently for local amenities. Can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding Villa with Everything you would need!

Pool and outdoor area are lovely. We walked to the local beach, and used Uber to get to old town. Never had a problem but knew just a text would sort anything. The house has all of the facilities that are needed.

Lovely villa, amazing service

Lovely clean villa, great location with very accommodating service. Check in was a struggle, the location of the lockbox was not straight forward as it was at the back door. Once in the villa there was nothing to tell us where the rest of the keys were. After ringing support they also did not know where the keys were, after half an our on the phone we eventually found them in a small cupboard on the kitchen.
