Propriedade muito boa e bem localizada , a 10 min da praia. Situada numa zona calmissima excelente para descansar. Proprietária muita acessível assim como a Sra. Margarida, uma pessoa excecional e de uma simpatia fora do normal, adorei e recomendo. Obrigado por tudo.

Apartamento perfeito, com uma tranquilidade magnífica, super acolhedor, muito limpo e cómodo, bem equipado, simples e prático com muito bom gosto na decoração, a um passo da praia da Falésia, uma vista da varanda fantástica, senti-me como se estivesse em casa. A facilidade de acesso à praia e a proximidade de Olhos de Água, Vilamoura e Albufeira também contribuem para a excelente localização do apartamento. Consegue-se fugir à “confusão” das grandes cidades tendo no entanto acesso a todos os bens essenciais. Sem duvida um local a repetir,por tudo descrito a trás e também pela próximidade da praia que é uma mais valia a considerar,o carro fica sempre á porta,e em cinco minutos estamos naquela que eu considero ser a melhor praia do Algarve Os proprietários são pessoas espectaculares e de uma disponibilidade extrema. Eu e a minha família adoramos os dias que passamos em Alfamar. Espero poder voltar para o próximo verão, sem dúvida. Verdadeiramente recomendável para uma semana tranquila de férias ou um fim de semana.

Superou as expetativas

Estive hospedada neste apartamento e foi maravilhoso. A sua localização é perfeita para quem quer o contexto praia, piscina, descanso. É um ambiente familiar, longe da azáfama do dia a dia, mas com tudo o que é necessário, muito próximo (café/restaurante, bar, mini-mercado, tabacaria). As instalações são simples e minimalistas, ótimas para as férias, e equipado com tudo o que é necessário. A limpeza apresentava níveis ótimos e as pessoas que nos receberam foram muito afáveis. Concluindo, não só recomendaria esta propriedade a amigos, como eu mesma iria novamente para outras férias!!

T1 muito simpático

O apartamento era muito agradável! Bem decorado, simples mas com bom gosto. A limpeza de um modo geral estava em perfeitas condições, o que considero uma mais valia. Os acessos são ótimos e existem serviços de apoio muito próximos, como restaurantes e supermercado. O acesso à praia é fácil e não precisamos de usar o carro. Tanto a D. Ana Matos proprietária como a D. Cristina Laranjeira, que era a quem recorríamos localmente em caso de necessidade, foram sempre muito atenciosas e disponíveis. A repetir sem dúvida! Parabéns! Gostamos imenso da casa, bem equipada e prática. Está muito bem localizada perto de lojinhas, cafés e mini mercados! A piscina do condomínio está muito bem orientada para aproveitar o sol ao máximo e resguardada dos transeuntes. O que mais apreciamos foi o facto de poder ir para a praia a pé e não ter de usar o carro para praticamente nada. Lugar muito agradável e sossegado, óptimo para quem precisa mesmo de descansar!! Pertinho da praia e bom descanso

A casa é óptima e está bem equipada. O local tem minimercado pertíssimo e dá para ir à praia a pé. Sem barulho e fácil de estacionar. Óptimo para férias descansadas :)

Uma estadia tranquila!

Adorámos a nossa estadia! Fomos fora da época alta, por isso aproveitamos imenso para passear e descansar, sem grande confusão. O apartamento está em óptimas condições, limpo, organizado e bem localizado, perto de cafés e supermercados. A única coisa que sentimos falta, foi de ter Wi-fi! Já não sabemos o que é estar "desligados" do mundo, de resto, tudo impecável. E um especial obrigado à D. Ana e D. Cristina pela simpatia e atenção. Recomendamos vivamente!

Muito bom!

Em 1º lugar, dizer que a proprietária, Sra. Ana Matos, muito simpática e atenciosa às minhas questões. Gostei muito dos poucos dias que estivemos na casa. Lugar muito sossegado e muito perto da praia que é maravilhosa. Tem super-mercado perto, papelaria e restaurantes com preços muito acessíveis. Para 2 adultos e 1 ou 2 crianças, é um espaço muito agradável, limpinho, bem equipado. Com varandas largas para se fazer uns grelhadinhos porreiros. Não conseguimos usar a piscina, mas fomos ver e também ela muito agradável, com espaço para brincar. Esperamos voltar numa outra ocasião. Recomendo a todos.
