"Staff is nice, breakfast is good, room is clean. Only one thing is for the deposit return, not sure why it need several days to process it"

"Room/suite was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty setting. The continental breakfast hot food wasn't very good."

"The tv did not have many channels at all. Our toilet kept running water and had to wait some time to flush again."

"The room was clean with the exception of the floor pulling up in a couple of spots. We had to be careful not to get a splinter from the wood flooring. The shower was absolutely amazing, breakfast was yummy. All in all the stay was very nice!"

"Comfortable beds, nice hot tub and breakfast"

"The worst place you and the stove never help you just let your way"

"Love this hotel! Will definitely be back"

"I called the front desk clerk to ask how to stop a blinking light on the phone. I did what he told me to do and it did not work. he said he would come up and fix it but i waited a half hour and called again. I told him never mind cause I wanted to go to sleep. Breakfast is homemade and prepared fresh on the spot. It was absolutely delicious and a wonderful way to start the day! The...

"Nice, clean room and good breakfast. I enjoyed my stay!"

"Everything"

Noise not disclosed and management refuseing any kind of refund despite leaving early gives this 2 stars."

"I wasn’t sure what to expect from a refurbished YMCA. This place blew me away. We had a beautiful king bedroom with a sitting area overlooking the main street. The room was huge. The bathroom, with double sinks, great shower and bathrobes, were a huge plus. Jim Thorpe is a great little town. The biggest complaint I hear is the lack of parking. No problem, when staying at the Y, off-street parking is provided! The Y on Broadway is centrally located and walkable to just about everything Jim...
