"Das Schiff, die Lage und die Ausstattung sind top. Allerdings passt der Service nicht zum Preis. Um auf das Gelände zu kommen braucht man eine Parkkarte, die wir uns selbst besorgt haben, da der Ansprechpartner nicht vor Ort war. Eine kurze Einweisung gab es nur per Telefon. Ansonsten fehlt einfach ein Merkblatt für die wichtigsten Punkte — Müll, WLAN, Duschpumpe etc. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und einmal pro Stunde sprang eine Pumpe an, die wohl direkt unter der Schlafkabine...
