"This is a one of a kind experience in North Italy. The history behind this hotel and restaurant goes back 4 generations, and the hospitality is rooted in their ways. "Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda....

"I love the room and the location. Self checkin is a bit inconvenient but on site person was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and accessories are just awesome (such as Dyson hair drier).. Very close to the spa. Totally recommend."
