"Exceptional location with access to (private) pebbled beach, opportunity to kayak from there. Note for younger families and people with difficulty walking: this is not an easy walk down to and up from the beach. There is a great sandy beach about 35 min away by car (Feniglia) as a fall back option. Amenities include oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, nespresso machine, pizza oven and wood fired bbq... Note: no microwave, water boiler, toaster. No AC as indicated. Very nice...

"The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."

"Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie um Pfingsten eine Woche in Talamone verbracht und für zwei Tage kamen noch Freunde zu Besuch. Die Kommunikation und Check-In mit dem Gastgeber Francesco klappte hervorragend. Vor Ort fanden wir ein individuell und volleingerichtetes Ferienhaus vor, dem die Nutzung als langjähriges Ferienhaus eine fröhlichen italienischen Familie anzusehen ist, Neben einer Einrichtung mit einzelnen Möbeln aus den 70er Jahren, Bildern und Büchern besticht das Ferienhaus durch den...

We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the place is for practical matters (such as cooking) as well as for leisure and enjoyment (the games; the table tennis table and, above all, the lovely swimming pool). "Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. The food was pricey but delicious. They had a great spread for breakfast and we left every meal full and happy. We also had a couples massage that was wonderful. They really listened to our preferences and gave great massages (one deep tissue and one Swedish massage). 10/10 recommend coming here at least once. We hope to return!"
