"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. She showed us the property and had a map ready to show us where restaurants, coops, and historical sites around town. The first restaurant she recommended was the best meal we had in ages! We found a couple of great pastry places across the street from the apartment and one that does exceptionally good Gelato. They make it fresh each day along with many pastries. "This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. The supermarket is a block and a half away."
