Just 400 m from the ski slopes, in the heart of the hamlet of Le Mollard, this detached house offers distinct living spaces, with a dining room on the first floor and a living room upstairs. Children will be delighted by the space under the roof, with its mountain refuge atmosphere and sleeping and play areas. In winter, parking is available in the public parking lot 50 m away; in summer, cars can be unloaded in front of the house.

First floor (access via ten or so steps): living room/kitchen/lounge area (1 Rapido Express 2-person 160x200 cm convertible sofa) opening onto a terrace, shower room, separate WC. 1st floor: living room (1 pull-out sofa 2 single beds) with TV (with HDMI/Jack cable for Apple laptop), connected speaker system, balcony and terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200cm), bathroom (shower and WC). 2nd floor: attic with 3 single beds (90 x 200cm) and a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200cm). Total floor area: 105 m² including attic space.
