On a more quiet street but very walkable to the cathedral, musée de Toulous-Laurtrec, the new walking bridge (very scenic), restaurants and more. The hotel has beautiful spacious rooms that are well equipped. The restaurant (be sure to reserve it books up) was phenomenal.
