"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Though this may be a little out of the way, this is a wonderful place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located by the bus stop. It has a full kitchen and space that would meet your needs. Our host were fantastic, Mireille and Raphael were awesome host. I highly recommend staying at their place"

"The apartment itself is lovely. Very homely and comfortable. We are a family of 5 with 2 older teens and the accommodation provided good space for all. The owner communicated really well so we knew what would happen on our arrival. They had turned on the heating and this was lovely when arriving on a cold day and after a long drive ! Literally everything you could want or need for a positive stay. Lots of crockery and cookware - a washing machine and plenty of bedding. ! Can’t fault in any way...

"We had an excellent stay Chez Rosalie. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of fun options for activities. We enjoyed visiting the chocolate factory and taking a lesson on chocolate making, followed by a hike in the mountains where we picked up some fresh local cheese from the farm! My kids also loved the kittens and cats Chez Rosalie - it was a nice bonus for them!"

"Clean, efficient, utilitarian, well-equipped. While it does not have a "personal touch," it is not endeavoring to offer that. It does the job well as a convenient, reliable place to stay that is well cared for and streamlined. Would definitely stay here again."
