"New owner that is very helpful. Staff was excellent and place was clean, but very dated. Obvious deferred maintenance needs to be addressed. Nice location close to Hopewell Rocks but not walkable. We wish the new owners well. "

Owner is excellent and is in constant communication, very helpful and ensures you have a fabulous week! 2 blocks away from the beach (dog friendly) and under 10-minute walk to Parlee beach. "Unfortunatly we did not wnjoy our stat. To begin with we were greeted by a screen door tjat did not latch which allowed nuerousbigs to share with us."
