"The San Luca was the best property I have ever stayed at in Venice! Our staff member Cosmin was the the most amazing and so helpful with our bags and transfers from the airport as well as to and from the train stations! He gave us incredible recommendations as well for dining! The suite we had was SPECATULAR and was perfect for our family! I would highly recommend staying at the Palazzo San Luca it was the most incredible stay of my life! Thank you so much!"

"Had a pleasant stay. Appreciated finding a reasonably priced place in Venice and breakfast was provided. Staff were polite and professional, free breakfast in the morning was quite nice. The room was also reasonably spacious for being a converted monastery. The room only had basic amenities (just a bed, cabinet, and lights) and the elevator is very slow, neither of which was bothersome or concerning. We enjoyed our time there and will stay there again if we make it back to Venice."

"Victoria checked us in and she was very friendly and thorough. She also helped us with directions to various places. Alice helped us make our queen bed more comfortable by providing us with a mattress topper - Grazie Mille Alice. The room itself is small but decorated beautifully and ver clean. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is loud and noisy but things do quiet down after 11:00 (23:00). The hotel is steps away from Saint Marls Square which is perfect. "

"The property was extremely close to all major squares and landmarks that Venice has to offer. But it also had small quiet alley ways which was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. We got engaged just next to the apartments near the canal. Beautiful dock at the end of alley and amazing service by everyone we met at the apartments. Will definitely be returning in the future.
