"After our long trek into town from Monterosso, exhausted and looking for a nice stay, we were greeted warmly and efficiently by Eveline. She showed us around the hotel, perfectly located in the adorable town of Vernazza and even made a reservation for dinner for us which was ideal! The hotel lobby, dining area, and rooms are clean and have everything you need. The breakfast was very good as well, I highly recommend the Pensione Sorriso!"

"My husband and and I spent a week here in April. We LOVED our stay. If you're looking for a Hilton or Marriot, you will be disappointed. You are in Europe. The rooms are smaller, the shower is small, and the breakfast is simple. The location is 10/10, a few minutes from the train station, tons of dining options and a few steps ftom the most beautiful beach. Get a room with balcony looking at the sea. The room was small, but confortable. Safe. Clean. And the staff were very helpful. The value was incredible, and a perfect spot to explore Cinque Terre. Stay here!!!"

"What a wonderful stay! This guest house is absolutely charming—the decoration is tasteful and cozy, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It’s also very well located, making it easy to explore the area. The attention to detail is truly impressive. They provide plenty of helpful information for tourists, which really enhanced our visit. The only small suggestion I’d make is to update the check-in time in their policies to avoid any confusion. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend"
