"Older hotel but wow! Updated, clean and great value! New door locks, new a/c, carpet replaced with solid surface floors, new drapes all contribute to not having the smells of older, stale smoke filled hotels. At prices per room, probably best value in the area. Very impressed and satisfied. "

"We live the age of the building have been built in 1874! The rooms are SUITES and stocked complete with dishes, silverware, cups and glasses… NO PLASTIC! Mini refrigerator, microwave/airfryer, coffee maker, stovetop, beautiful cabinets with soft close. The color decor is gorgeous with dark wood and original doors, there are 7 suites upstairs and think back 100 years ago, this hotel housed 18 rooms! We had room 201 with footed bathtub and the bed was very comfortable! Great stay! Restaurant offers breakfast, not to be missed!! Thanks Dave!!"

"A nerds paradise!! There are so many fun little LOTR easter eggs all over the cabin. Such a renaissance vibe while still having running water, shower, toilet etc. We will definitely be bringing family next time as it’s kid friendly while still being fun for adults. Joan and Jill have a beautiful property that they keep very well maintained! Thank you for allowing us to experience your charming, cozy cottage!"
