"The hotel location is great, it's only few minutes walk from the port. Hotel has its own private beach and also very nice pool. It's right on the beach so there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Very clean and nicely decorated."

Walked in, management and staff didn’t even say welcome or provide some sort of welcome drink or information upon entering (as expected by 5+ star hotel). They asked what I was there for, as if a hotel checkin desk has other options. Not even a “welcome”.

"We stayed as a family of 3 at the end of May for 4 nights. We booked the suite as this was 1 bedroom apartment and were extremely happy. We had 2 huge balconies both we sea views, a beautiful bedroom, bathroom living room and large modern fully equipped kitchen. Everything was spotless, as was the whole hotel and lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was again very good with a good choice. This is a family run hotel and they were truly amazing hosts.

"Très déçu, cher pour ce qui est proposé, 50€ la nuit, loin de centre ville et aucun moyen de transport possible être coincé et obligé de consommer dans leur restaurant ou les quelques restaurants à côté c’est deux fois plus cher que le centre ville, on est comme piégé et le bouquet c’est que la plage du camping est privatisé par le gérant du camping pour y accéder il faut payer 10€ le parasol et 2 chaises, on est parti après 2 nuits on a pris une belle location à 2 mn à pied de la plage public...

"The Geo & Art is a family run boutique hotel. We loved our stay at Geo & Art. We had an amazing view of the sea and were only steps away from the beach and dining. The Geo & Art offered reserved beach chairs and umbrellas at a beautiful location only a short walk away. They also provided us with a towel. I recommend bringing water shoes as the beach is rocky. Our hotel was only a 10 minute taxi ride to Himare Castle. The Family (staff) helped us secure the ride to the castle and back. We loved our stay at the Geo & Art and give this hotel our highest recommendation! Thank you for everything!!! "

Checked in, didn’t get the room as advertised. Advertising incorrect by Expedia and The hotel site itself. Rooms are fantastic, just not what I booked.
Manager said he’d follow up shortly with options. Received a call only 4.5hrs later with an upgrade, after I was forced to take “the only room available”, turns out there was one more.
They ran out of beach towels by 3pm.
3+ weeks open, they don’t even have a layout of the rooms, they send staff to check what the room looks like lol. Printed copy would suffice.
Message for hotel; staff should steam/iron their clothes. Smile and welcome guests. Staff are doing their best, solely blame management for nonexistent training.
Waited in lobby without anyone saying “can I help you with anything”, and they didn’t keep track of the line of guests, so people waiting were being cut off.
Breakfast and lunch was delicious. Would recommend that waiters introduce themselves and share what language they speak. Always different staff from different parts of the world. Confusing.

"We were there for 8 days. The hotel was new and clean. The staff were freindly and helpful. It is an easy 20min walk to the promenade with excellent resturants and shops along the way. The one suprise was that it is not actually a beach-front hotel and doesn't own any umbrellas. The beach is a 5min walk away with umbrellas owned by two different hotels. You can rent the umbrellas for the day for €10-€15, cash only. Overall, a lovely stay."
"Very good choice of hotel in Qeparo. Lots of steps to go the beach but if you can manage, it has a direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The view is absolutely stunning and the breakfast was very good. There is parking available on-site for maybe 10-15 cars."
