Mediterranean style and located in one of the most exclusive streets of Torre Soli, Casa Roman invites you to enjoy fabulous views of the beach of Son Bou.



The villa consists of two floors and is accessed by ramp or staircase. On the first floor there is a dining room equipped with air conditioning with direct access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a toilet.



It also has direct access to a beautiful and covered outdoor terrace with its corresponding barbecue area, you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea.



On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, the first room, a little larger and with access to the terrace overlooking the sea, has a double bed, air conditioning and bathroom ensuite, and the other two with single beds both with air conditioning and access to the terrace and finally a separate bathroom.



Where the pool is located, it is wide and from it enjoys beautiful views of the sea, is equipped with outdoor furniture.
