"Acertado , la casa tal como el anuncio , ubicación excelente, la zona inmejorable cerca a todo , súper mercados , estación de servicios, el metro , la zona de restaurantes, bares, el puerto y playa , la vista espectacular a la Ría desde la cocina , el salón , el comedor , tiene un Balcón que al habernos hecho buen tiempo lo disfrutamos mucho , la casa está muy bien equipada y la encontramos con todo lo necesario , fácil de encontrar la dirección, fácil la entrega de llaves , muy contentos todos...

"Julian's property is a 3 level townhouse on the edge of a lovely old town Viana. Very convenient for touring around the various wineries of Rioja. Comfortable house with all usual facilities and a pleasant garden to sit out in. Although lacking a kettle on arrival, Julian delivered one very quickly which was appreciated. I would suggest that a map or written notes on the precise location of the property would be welcome for new arrivals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Julian was most helpful...

"Rober and his wife are very kind and supportive and gave us a lot of hints for locations to visit. The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. We enjoyed to drink a fresh lemon from the garden and sit in front of the house, looking at the splendid mountain panorama in front of us. "Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Experiencia pésima, en la que ni la aplicación ni la propietaria asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad....

"Casa muy acogedora con Txoko ideal para tres matrimonios con hijos puesto que los matrimonios pueden alojarse en el primer piso y los niños (si no son muy pequeños) se pueden alojar en el segundo. La casa en vivo está mejor que en las fotos. Los dos pisos de arriba recien reformados. Muy confortable con la calefacción de pellets y termostatos independientes en cada piso. "Fuimos a celebrar una despedida de soltera y fue todo ideal. La casa es muy grande y espaciosa. Su ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días tranquilos con la naturaleza. Además el propietario fue majísimo y atento en todo momento. Muchas gracias por todo."

"La procédure d’arrivée était complexe, communication pas très aisée avec le gérant car ne parlait pas français. La maison était très propre. Quelques bémols, concernant la vaisselle, les ustensiles, la maison n’est pas assez fournie. Cafetière trop petite pour 8. Cuisinière à gaz dans une Location ce n’est pas l’idéal avec la bouteille de gaz dans la cuisine. "Een goed appartement, modern ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is wel aanwezig. Alleen een airco zou wel handig zijn in warme periodes maar daar hadden wij niet zo veel last van. Er is een barretje vlakbij, 20 meter, maar ik zou er niet gaan eten. Een drankje is wel gezellig tussen de kwetterende Spanjaarden."

"I stayed here when I spent a few days in Bilbao after a running trip in the Picos. The apartment included everything I needed for a great stay: comfortable bed, warm shower, kitchen supplies, etc. The location is good. About 800 meters from historic buildings, all the bars and restaurants of old town, and the open air market. Bilbao is a nice walkable city, with excellent public transit, so getting to the Guggenheim and other attractions is easy. I walked there so I could admire the scenery...

"Dit huis is zelfs beter dan de beschrijving en foto's doen vermoeden. Wij verbleven met twee gezinnen en hadden vier keurige slaapvertrekken en dito saniraire voorzieningen. "Four wonderful days in this beautifully updated casa on the town square. The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ana and Fernando were extremely helpful and always available to us for tips and suggestions. We enjoyed short drives to some Rioja wineries around Logrono (recommend Real and Riscal), and nature hikes at nearby parks and streams. "The house is in a perfect location to explore Viscaya. I would recommend the Menu de dia in Espaster. All the basic requirements for us were supplied like a coffee pot, basic cooking utensils and pans and a TV. It was just two of us, we used one bedroom and sleeping was comfortable enough. We were a little disappointed that we were unable to find firewood for the fireplace; but, we were also not sure how a regular fire would work as there is no fireplace screen.
