Generally we got the impression the management was not investing enough into the hotel. some of the dining room staff gave good service and the chef accommodated our special requests."

"The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. That may seem harsh but really, they were calling us regularly to ask mundane questions such as where we might travel to next. The wifi worked...10% of the time? The restaurant was terrible. If this was a home stay we completely would have understood but this was bad. None of the rickshaw drivers had a clue where this place was either. 'Sketchy' Defines this place to a 'T'."
