"Very friendly staff and the dinner I had at the restaurant was delicious. I would suggest that the bathroom in the room I stayed in is in need of renovation. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and the location was great."

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "This is a charming place to stay. Located in a beautiful historic area with gardens and rolling hills all around. Love the wine bar at sunset in the grand room/lobby. "
"The place is nice, plenty of space, beautifully decorated and very updated. The kitchen was very nice and so were the bathrooms. A true pleasure to have stayed there for the weekend. They have paid lots of attention to details that truly enhance the stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. "

"This unit is very much as depicted in photos on VRBO site. The neighborhood is interesting and feels safe, and the unit itself is very authentic to residential multi units built, I'm guessing, about 100 years ago. We recommend this place. "
