I would avoid booking this property. The food wasn’t very good and although it says all inclusive that only includes the worst low quality alcohol at the bars. Any normal cocktails cost extra. The cleanliness was certainly not up to par and they force you to wait for someone to take you to your room just so that person can ask you for money. I will not be staying here again

Personel egitimsiz, icecekler vasat, denizi cok kötüydu.Sahildeki elemanin davranis bozuklugu vardi.Kendisini uyarinca bin kere özür diledi.Otelde resepsiyon alani disinda oturulabilecek kapali alan bulunmuyordu.Kisaca isletme duzeltilirse eksikler de giderilebilir.

1. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, aber der Preis liegt über dem Durchschnitt, obwohl Saisonende ist. 2.Die Zimmer sind gut, aber auf Sauberkeit muss mehr geachtet werden. 3.Das im Schichtdienst arbeitende Rezeptionspersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, aber offensichtlich gestresst.Ich finde, es sollten 3 statt 2 Leute arbeiten. 4.Das Barpersonal ist aufmerksam,aber kühl und unfreundlich.Die Getränke sind begrenzt und Cocktails werden trotz All-Inclusive berechnet. 5.Der Speisebereich im Restaurant ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht sehr gut.Er ist durchschnittlich und die Kellner sind sehr kühl und gleichgültig.Sie wischen 10 Tische mit einem Tuch ab. Außerdem war es offensichtlich, dass Gabeln und Messer achtlos herumlagen, da sie sichtbar schmutzig waren. 6.Der Hotelbesitzer sollte hier besonders aufpassen.Er verliert dadurch Kunden.Meiner Beobachtung nach gibt es keinen Unterhaltungsbereich, nämlich eine Disco.Auch das ist wichtig. Ich habe als Mieter im Hotel persönlich den Kiosk gesehen,der Zigaretten und ähnliche Produkte verkauft.Die Preise der Produkte variieren je nach Person.Sie verkauften einem ausländischen Touristen eine Packung Zigaretten für 15 Euro und meiner Mann Zigaretten im Wert von 88 TL für 115 TL.Das ist illegal und stellt Steuerhinterziehung dar.Dieses Problem muss gesondert behandelt werden.Ich würde gerne wiederkommen und kann das Hotel und seine Lage meinen Freunden im Ausland empfehlen. Ich wünsche mir,dass alles besser wird.

Havuz küçük otel kapasitesine göre restoran ve oturma alanları küçük resepsiyon dahil alan olarak yetersiz heryer insan kaynıyor yemekler vasatın biraz üstü fiyat performans oteli sahil kayalık vs. Vs. Personeller oteli en iyi hale getirmek için çok çabalıyorlar fakat dediğim gibi otel konaklayan insan sayıına göre küçük kalıyor.

Otel konum iyi denize 1 dakika havuz ve kaydırak iyi yemekler güzel çeşit var et olsun sebze olsun tatlı olsun iyi yap kokusu yok personel iyi ve anlayışlı tabi herkeze göre değişiyor ama aile olarak kaldım iyi ve güzeldi tek sıkıntı bence müzik biraz fazla sesli birde tur ve ve gezi için sadece yabancılara ilgileniyorlar tur şirketleri ben kendim buldum çok uygun fiyata gelen otelin yakınında tur yerleri var onlarla irtibata geçsinler denizi sıcak otel yönetimi ve aşçımıza çok teşekkür ederim Türk geçesi oldun diyer etkinliler olsun çok iyi di aşçımızın eli lezzetli

Berbat bir tatildi. Yemekler berbat. Yerli içkiler herşey dahil konseptiyken para talep edildi. Isıtmalı kapalı havuz buz gibi suyu vardı. Hiç kimse yüzemedi. Havuzun suyu yarımdı. Çoook kötü bir tatil gećirdik. Birdaha Relax beach asla ve asla . Otelden ćıkana kadar sinir hastası olduk.

Fina rum och bra läge, varierande nivå på städning

Maten var bra, alltid något som funkade. Speciellt middagen då det alltid grillades något kött och grönsaker. Negativt att ingen information om vad det var för mat fanns överhuvudtaget, man fick prova. Två sista dagarna kom det upp några lappar vid vissa rätter på lunchen men alldeles för lite. Lite för liten restaurang/matsal för antalet gäster, kunde vara ganska kaotiskt i början av måltiderna. Delvis pga att många gäster inte kunde bete sig, men även pga trängsel. Vi hade ett fantastiskt bra rum med perfekt läge mot pool och hav med uteplats mot solterrassen. Dubbla ac-anläggningar i rummet. Städningen av rummen var inte i nivå med mina förväntningar, golven rengjordes inte alls under veckan vi var och de var inte rengjorda när vi kom. Fönster och glas i badrum torkades inte heller. Bord och handfat rengjordes ibland. Nya handdukar och vattenflaskor varje dag samt bäddad säng. Nya sängkläder sporadiskt, kanske 2 ggr. Onödigt hög volym på musiken som spelades de flesta dagarna, fanns ställen kring poolen där volymen var lägre som tur var. En nackdel var grannen hotellet Grand kaptan som var klart värst på att låta illa. Väldigt nära till stranden och havet där det var mycket lugnare, väldigt bra. Mycket fräschare strand än kleopatra dessutom.

Ciddi anlamda bir hayal kırıklığı. Giriş gününden çıktığım güne kadar barda buz yoktu temizlik oldukça kötü odaları konforsuz. Çalışanlar sıcak kanlı çok iyilerdi ve yemekleri güzeldi. Plajıda taşlı herkes dikkatli olsun.

Ужас, не понравилось!!

Заселились мы с молодым человеком на 2-е суток. Номер ждали час со стандартного времени заселения. Так же возникли проблемы с оплатой терминалом. Нам дали номер категории «Стандарт» но с двумя кроватями. Заранее не оговорив это. Увидели по факту. Вопрос «зачем?» мы вдвоём. Питание 4 раза , но по сути выбор не менялся. Не вкусно! Множество гарниров , выбора мяса нет. Это либо нагесты либо куриные грудки и овощи. В номере есть пакетики с чаем но чашек нет. Посуду брать в номер нельзя. Даже стакан с водой. На баре категорически запрещено взять стакан с водой в номер. Персонал начинает кричать в след, останавливать. Воды в номере нет. Так же очень шумно работают кондиционеры. На ужине не достаточно мест для всех гостей , нужно стоять с тарелками и ждать пока кто-то поест и уйдёт. Пляжа нет, выхода к нему тоже нет. Нужно идти на общественный через проезжую часть. Полотенец для пляжа нет. Нужно брать свои. Полотенца банные нам не поменяли ни разу за 2 дня. Территория бассейна очень маленькая. Люди «занимают» лежаки и уходят. То есть по факту прийти и лечь нельзя. Только так же заранее занять с утра. У нас был поздний выезд оплаченный, карточка перестала работать и когда пришли на ресепшн и попросили продлить ключ нам сказали «Кто вам вообще сказал что у вас поздний выезд» и ушли там уточнять. Вещи по факту выезда можно оставить на ресепшене там где проходняк. Не надежно и комнаты для багажа нет. Вообщем отель и персонал ЖЕСТЬ. Не приветливые. 0 из 10.
