The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club.

Het hotel voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Qua prijs kwaliteit echt top! Hotel is vorig jaar volledig gerenoveerd waardoor het voelde als een splinternieuw hotel. Fijne ruime kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel (receptie, restaurant, keuken, bar, entertainment). Alles was erg schoon. Het eten was erg goed en afwisselend en alles was ook heerlijk op smaak. Echt met zorg bereid door een verzorgd keukenteam. De cocktails en het ijs all inclusive waren ook lekker. Het hotel zat niet vol waardoor er meer dan voldoende ruimte was aan het zwembad. Handdoeken worden buiten de openingstijden van het zwembad verwijderd wat minder uitnodigd tot ' handdoekje leggen'. Beste 4 sterren hotel waar wij geweest zijn in Turkije tot nu toe. Het was nog rustig in Konakli centrum (ong. 5 minuten lopen). Heerlijk geshopt.

Otel genel olarak iyi durumda fakat personel ozellikle restauranttakiler biraz iletişim dersi almasi gerekiyor. Kurallari kaba iletiyorlar.Her kuralın herkesi ilgilendiriyor olmasi gerekiyor turk yabanci ayrımı yapilmamali. Kapasitesinin üzerinde musteri var sankii havuz etrafında yer bulamiyoruz.

Super fint hotel. Dog er der mange russere, som fylder en del ved samtlige måltider og ikke besidder pli overfor andre mennesker. Eneste minus fra os er at musikken på hotellet er højt om aftenen og forsætter til ud på natten.

Hotelli ylitti odotuksemme. Hotellin alue oli todella hieno ja siisti. Ruoka hotellissa oli loistavaa, laaja valikoima ja ruokaa oli tarjolla lähes koko ajan. Deluxe huone jossa majoituimme, oli moderni ja viihtyisä. Ainoa miinus tulee siitä, että asiakaspalvelu ei ollut aina ystävällistä.
