"We enjoyed the property very much. The elevator is a nice touch. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. Could hear the neighbors television at night but they lowered it once we wrote them a note and slipped it under the door. Overall a very nice place in a very nice town."

"What a great place to stay. Marta sent me everything you could possibly need prior to arrival and was great about communicating through WhatsApp and email. The place was spotless and had everything you would need for a few days or a few weeks stay. We will definitely stay there again when we are in town to visit family."

"L’accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata fantastica e ci hanno viziato con le prelibatezze dell’orto del sig. Bruno ( uva fichi pomodorini basilico peperoni peperoncino prezzemolo ). Hanno accolto anche i nostri due cani di taglia media e anche se abitano al piano superiore, la privacy è assoluta."

"We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"November 2022 We stayed at this apartment in Pescara and must say how wonderful of an experience we had. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean, and centrally located in regards to all the areas we were visiting and the family we went to visit! The fact that we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer (yay!!!!!) was such an added bonus! It is very close to the seashore, (maybe a simple 5 minutes walk) supermarkets and so many more entertainment places! We look forward to...

"Property as advertised and then some. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax while the rooftop provided the most serene moments. Well appointed and great for those who choose to cook. A note for future reference, to open the door to the apartment turn the key counter clockwise 2.5 times 😁. Dirk and Michelle were great communicators and helped us every step of the way. "Den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Maria haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet (bis auf die Spülmaschine), sehr sauber und elegant. Die Wohnung liegt sehr strandnah, was für die Kinder perfect ist. Geschäfte, Apotheke, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt, Konzerte, Bushaltestelle, alles war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist eindeutig weiter zu empfehlen."

"The host ended up being extremely kind but we never received any communication or confirmation from the host after booking. Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...

"This apartment is so beautiful. Marina has lovely taste in decor and design. We appreciated the space this apartment offered for our group of 5. The location is good, not far from the city centre, beach and restaurants. Marina was so helpful, she picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at the train station upon departure. She always checked in on us and was so kind. Thank you marina for all your help."
