"The property in general was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The pool and hot tub were very clean, refreshing and relaxing. This will my go to hotel when I’m in San Antonio. The best quality hotel I’ve stayed in by far."

"The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to street level shops and restaurants, as well as the Riverwalk. Our only issues were a couple of minor maintenance and signage concerns. The phone in our room wasn’t working, and after a technician came by, we were advised that the outlet in the room was not functioning. Additionally, the main entrance could use clearer signage directing guests to the registration desk, which is located on the second floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service and convenient location."

"La mansion and its staff were so attentive and helpful. The upkeep of such historic facilities is tedious , your staff have used specialized care and followed strict regulatory procedures and it is evident that there is ongoing maintenance to balance modern safety needs and still preserve the original architecture. We will continue to stay at your historic hotel as long as possible."
