"Pedro was wonderful to work with. There was a sewer smell in bathrooms and downstairs so unable to use basement but because we had enough beds upstairs it worked. Pedro came immediately when we asked him to BUT We were hoping it would clear up the smell and fix the problem, we weren’t that lucky as it was not resolved. This is why the rating was lower. The house is functional and provided our needs"

House lacking proper maintenance: broken drawers, kitchen needs caulking, cabinet repairs, lots of light bulbs missing, especially in bathrooms. No toiletry items (shampoo, soap). "This is not a traditional hotel. You check in at a hostel (which was challenging to find, even with GPS), but if you have one of the apartments booked, it is not at that same location.
