"The property is very well maintained, and the staff is extremely professional. After spending the day with our child at UNCG, our door lock unit failed. Michelle at the front desk was amazing. She resolved our issue quickly, and upgraded our room for the inconvenience."

"I booked a stay for 3 nights but only stayed one night as our family offered us a room in their home. I explained our situation to the hotel staff and they were more than accommodating. They gave us a full refund for the remaining nights. Now that's QUALITY customer service!"

"Very clean and very hi-tech. The tv remote was a little difficult to figure out, but when I asked the desk staff he was very helpful. The gym was probably the best hotel gym I’ve ever used. The room HVAC was perfect. The shower was really great for my spouse who has vestibular balance issues. Only (mild) complaint was how loud the toilet flushed, but it was probably due to it being a water-saving toilet."
