"I left 5 minutes after I got there and went to another hotel. The bathroom was not cleaned and I saw mice. The place is run Down and dirty. The owner was nice however did not give me my money back. At the next hotel , Hotel Riviera,I paid $10 more and it was amazing."

"The stay was great. Ricardo was very helpful. We were unable to spot the hotel when we reached, Ricardo came to pick us up at a Central location. The house is new and clean. View from our bedroom was mesmerizing. Close to the airport, this was a good choice we made."

"Our room was very spacious and on the first floor. We even had a balcony at the other end of the room. The pool was small and a disabled person in our party could not get in it because there were no handrails. The setting was up in the mountains north of Alajuela and the air was fresh at night. We will return to this hotel because it is not far from the airport."
