"I always stay at Savoy when flying in to Manila. From check in going forward, the staff is wonderful. Never any unwanted "surprises" at Savoy. Very clean soft beds, room services daily, clean shower with never-ending hot water. Aircon is cold, rooms are quiet Breakfast included can be had at a very reasonable cost. The food is very good well prepared Filipino and American dishes. Newport City offers shopping, dining, medical needs, nightlife, casinos and more within a few minutes walk from Savoy. The neighborhood is safe, well lit, and clean. A Grab can take you to the Mall of Asia for a a few php."
