Ala Moana Vacations

"Our family likes the location very much! It is close to Ala Moana Mall and it is very convenient to get to Waikiki. We also have a rental car so we went to different beaches and drove around the island. At night, we swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. We got the partial ocean view room and it was spacious and comfortable for the family of four. Staff members are very friendly. The front desk staff Shawn from Kentucky was particularly helpful as well as other staff members. Thank you...

"I really liked the convenience of the shopping and dining options being so close. I didn't enjoy the comfort of my room, due to the A/C I not was not blowing cold. It was barely enough cool the air to stay comfortable during the 4th of July weekend, with that said I enjoyed the feeling the updated hotel and the overall safe vibe with all the cameras and security staff."

"Room dirty, broken bathroom fixtures. Will not stay here again. "

"No A/C. Can be very hot. Window is open concept shutter. Very loud noise from boulevard during the night. Bathroom ( shared ) is tiny. Toilet paper and paper towel is adequate and replaced on time. Shower is acceptable. Staff is okay. Free coffee. Only supply one small size towel. Bedsheet is clear without scent."

"It was a very relaxing experience. Enjoyed watching the dolphins. Restaurants were exquisite and excellent. Pool and beach were fantastic and enjoyed them immensely. It is definitely a 5 star hotel and resort. Well worth the cost."
